Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. chopped tomatoes 2
  2. Chopped onion 1
  3. Paste of ginger garlic 1/2 spoon
  4. Maggi 1 pkt
  5. Salt to taste
  6. oil 2 tbsp
  7. Pav bhaji masala 1/2 tbsp
  8. Dry Red Chilly 1
  9. Green chopped chilly 1
  10. Jeera 1/2 tbsp
  11. Turmeric, dhaniya powder 1/2 tbsp
  12. Sugar little bit
  13. Coriander chopped 1/2 cup


  1. Heat oil and add jeera to it
  2. And then add some Curry leaves, dry red, green chilli and ginger garlic paste
  3. Mix it and then add onion fry it, then add tomato, turmeric, dhaniya and salt to taste
  4. Then add water according to Maggi and add Maggi, Maggi masala
  5. Mix it well and then add a little bit of sugar and pav bhaji masala
  6. And then garnish with coriander
  7. it is ready to eat
