Ingredients to make Healthy Maggi

  • One packet of maggi noodles masala
  • salt to taste
  • Half cup mutter and corn
  • tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  • Half yellow Bell pepper
  • Half red bell pepper
  • Half capsicum
  • Half onion
  • baby corn
  • spinach few leaves
  • Chili flakes half tbs
  • oil one tbs

How to make Healthy Maggi

  1. Boil maggi noodles without adding the masala according to instructions on the packet
  2. Heat up pan and pour oil
  3. Add garlic saute it
  4. Add baby corns cut in slices
  5. Mix mutter and corn
  6. Mix both bell peppers cut in cubes
  7. Now add onion cut in cubes
  8. Add salt and mix well
  9. Add palak leaves cut roughly
  10. Now add boiled Maggi noodles
  11. Add taste maker
  12. Add tomato sauce
  13. Mix well
  14. Serve hot yummy Maggi Noodles
