Maggi Dumplings

Ingredients to make Maggi Dumplings

  • 250 gms Rava
  • 1 cup paneer cut in cubes
  • 1 cup boiled Maggi
  • 1 teaspoon black salt
  • White salt as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

How to make Maggi Dumplings

  1. Firstly make a dough of Rava with the help of lukewarm water.
  2. In rava add salt and make dough like roti dough and cover with muslin clothes and keep aside.
  3. Then add Maggi, paneer, coriander powder, black pepper, black salt, white salt and mix it nicely.
  4. Meanwhile in big vessels boil water.
  5. Now take dough and again knead it.
  6. After that then take Puri size dough and make Puri and in center put mango.
  7. Then with the help of fork press the sides for closing the dumplings.
  8. You make all dumplings like this and put in that warm water vessels slowly slowly and boil them for 10 min.
  9. You also check with fork. After that you one by one bring out from warm water and let them cool and serve it.
