Chatpata Masala Noodles

Ingredients to make Chatpata Masala Noodles

  • 1 bowl noodles (boiled and rinse)
  • ginger Garlic Paste
  • salt to taste
  • tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 1 small bowl tomato puree
  • 1 small bowl onion puree
  • 1 tbsp maggi masala-a-magic
  • 1 tbsp kitchen king masala
  • 1 small bowl boiled green peas
  • butter/oil

How to make Chatpata Masala Noodles

  1. Boil the noodles and drain it.
  2. Heat butter/oil in a kadhai/pan and add onion puree or chopped onion. Sauté till onion become transparent. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till it become light golden brown.
  3. Add tomato puree and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add salt,kitchen king masala, schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, maggi masala-a-magic and boiled green peas and stir it well.
  5. Add boiled noodles and mix all the ingredients well.
  6. Turn off the flame.
  7. Serve chatpata masala noodles hot with schezwan sauce.
