ABOUT Maggi wrap RECIPE

This is a Thai recipe. Wrap with rice paper and see the translucent wrap, which is attractive and delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 packet Maggi
  2. 2 boiled eggs
  3. 2 chicken drum sticks
  4. 1/2 cup beetroot pureed
  5. 2 tsp red Thai curry paste
  6. 2 tsp Garlic paste
  7. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  8. 2 tsp coconut cream
  9. 2 tsp refined oil
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a Maggi add in boiling water. Cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Keep separate.
  3. Mix red curry paste and saute it for a few seconds
  4. Marinate drum stick with beetroot puree, garlic paste, ginger paste, red curry paste, salt and oil. Then cook for 7 minutes.
  5. Take rice paper dip in water and take out immediate. Boil eggs. Wrap the cooked Maggi with rice paper.
  6. Take a serving plate and arrange with boiled eggs and chicken drum stick.
