This is one of my innovative recipe. Besan ki barfi ko ek chhota sa twist diya hai hope u guys will like this.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Besan 2 cup
  2. Powdered sugar 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp
  3. Desi Ghee 2 tbsp
  4. Melon seeds 2 tbsp
  5. Thick Malayi or cream 1/4 cup
  6. Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Desiccated coconut 1/4 cup
  8. Colours sprinkles and choco balls for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a kadhai. Add besan and roast on low flame till golden brown.
  2. Add powdered sugar and elaichi powder. Cook for few mins. Add melon seeds and switch off the flame.
  3. Shift this mixture to a greased thali and let it cool and set for 1 hour.
  4. Take a bowl add thick malaayi, add 1 tbsp powdered sugar and desiccated coconut and mix well.
  5. Spread this malayi mixture on the besan barfi. Sprinkle coloured sprinkles. Cut into a desired shape. Top with Choco balls and serve.
