Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hung curd 1/2 kg Paneer 3 tbsp Cheese any 3 tbsp Blanched ,Chopped Palak - 2 bunch Kaju 7 , half moon shape Green chillies chopped As per taste, Garlic chopped- 1 tbsp Ginger chopped- 1/2 tbsp Coriander Handful Ghee 4 tbsp Maida 2 tbsp Jeera pd 1/2 spoon Salt as per taste Black salt as per taste Kasoori methi leaves powder 1/2 tbsp Garam masala powder as per taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan heat ghee , add chopped garlic, maida saute for 3 minutes and mix with blanched , chopped palak mix well , set aside. In another mixing bowl add hung curd, paneer, cheese, green chillies chopped, ginger chopped, kasoori methi pow
  2. Take palak ,garlic, maida mix flattened well and stuffed the hung curd , mixture and sealed well . Take half kaju ( moon shape) and Kababs r ready for shallow fry in ghee . Palak Dahi Kababs are ready with tomato sauce / mint chutney.
