Ingredients to make Curd chaat

  • curd 1/2 cup
  • grated carrot 4 teaspoons
  • chopped onion 6 teaspoons
  • chopped green chilli one
  • curry leaves 1 teaspoon
  • salt per taste
  • lemon juice 3 teaspoons
  • salt per taste
  • left over idli 1/2 piece
  • chopped tomatoes 3 teaspoons

How to make Curd chaat

  1. put a pan and fry idli and curry leaves as shown in the picture
  2. next add chopped onions, green chillies, tomatoes, grated carrot, salt, lemon juice and mix them well
  3. next add fried idli pieces and curry leaves as shown in the picture
  4. next add curd slowly on the top
  5. Finally garnish with grated and chopped veggies carrot, onion, green chillies and tomatoes
  6. finally serve this chat with ginger chutney
  7. yummy chat is ready for all
