ABOUT Fruit Salad RECIPE

With the blazing summers, consuming seasonal fruits in Chilled Custard base is just heavenly.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 ml milk
  2. 3 tablespoon sugar
  3. 2 tablespoon vanilla custard powder
  4. 1/2 cup chopped apple
  5. 1/2 cup chopped banana
  6. 1/2 cup chopped chikkos
  7. 1/2 cup chopped mango

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk
  2. Take out half cup and add to custard powder.
  3. Mix well and add to the boiling milk.
  4. Boil for 2 minutes.
  5. Cool completely and then chill in fridge.
  6. Remove and add the fruits.
  7. Serve chilled.
