Creamy Salad

Ingredients to make Creamy Salad

  • cucumber peeled and finely chopped 1 medium cup
  • boiled sweet corn kernels 1/2 medium cup
  • mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • hung curd 3 tablespoon
  • peanut powder 1 tablespoon
  • Green chilli 1 finely chopped
  • White pepper powder a pinch
  • black salt 2 pinches
  • salt to taste
  • For decoration
  • carrot 1 grated
  • tomato cut lengthwise into small strips
  • mint leaves few

How to make Creamy Salad

  1. Take hung curd and mayonnaise in a big bowl
  2. whisk nicely
  3. add black salt, white pepper powder, green chilli, salt and peanut powder
  4. mix well
  5. add grated cucumber and corn kernels
  6. fold with light hands.
  7. decorate with grated carrot, tomato, boiled corn kernels and mint leaves.

My Tip:

Taste enhances if served chilled. If you do not have boiled corn kernels just microwave fresh corn kernels for 2 minutes.
