Ingredients to make Soya Kebab

  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 cup soya granules
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • salt as per taste

How to make Soya Kebab

  1. Soaked soya granules for 5 minutes in hot water.
  2. Peel and mash the boiled potato.
  3. After that squeeze soya granules from water.
  4. Then take bowl put soya granules, potato, curd and mix it nicely.
  5. Then add red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, garam masala powder and mix it nicely.
  6. Then take heart shaped mould and give kebab as heart shaped.
  7. Then take non stick pan and swallow fry all Kebabs without using oil.
  8. Served this kebabs as per your choice of sauce or chutney.
