Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Yogurt 1 small bowl
  2. Sooji 250 gram
  3. Tomato 2
  4. Cabbage 1/2 cup
  5. Carrot 1/2 cup
  6. Peas 1/2 cup
  7. Onion 1
  8. Chili 2
  9. Rai 1 tsp
  10. Coriander 2 tblsp
  11. Adrak few
  12. Curry leaf a sprig
  13. Salt for taste
  14. Sugar 1 tablespoon
  15. Chili powder 1/2 tablespoon
  16. Oil - 1 tsp
  17. Cooking soda 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt and suji in a bowl. With some water to make thick batter.
  2. Add salt.
  3. Rest it for 1 hour .
  4. Mix all the vegetable as per your choice and season .
  5. After add oil
  6. Also add some amount of soda
  7. Pour the mixture in idly stand or any mold in which shape you want.
  8. Than cook for 10 min
  9. De-mould it
  10. Fry it with curry leaves and mustard seed.
