Ingredients to make Mix salad.

  • tomato 3 medium or 2 large
  • onion 1 medium
  • cucumber 1
  • Red cabbage 1/2 piece
  • carrot 1 medium
  • lemon juice 2- 3 tbspn
  • green chillies 2 finely chopped
  • salt as per taste
  • coriander leaves chopped 2 tbspn

How to make Mix salad.

  1. Wash and peel the cucumber and carrot.
  2. Finely chop all the veggies.
  3. Place the veggies in a large bowl add lemon juice coriander leaves and salt. Mix well and serve.
