ABOUT Curd Tawa Fried Rice RECIPE

A delicious and lunch box friendly rice dish with curd and couple of vegetables. Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Curd 1/2 Cup
  2. Ginger, Garlic, Onion and Green chili paste 1/2 tsp
  3. Chopped Onions 1tbsp
  4. Paneer 4tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red Chilli Powder 1/4tsp
  7. Chopped Green chilies 2
  8. Oil and Ghee Combination 2tbsp
  9. Cooked Rice 2Cups

Instructions

  1. In a thick bottom pan, heat oil and ghee. Add green chili, ginger, garlic and onion paste and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Fry Onions and Paneer.
  3. Add curd and let the paneer absorb excess water in the curd.
  4. Mix green chillies and fry them.
  5. Add cooked rice, salt, and red chili powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Mix it well and transfer it to a serving plate.
  7. Your tawa fried rice is ready to serve with raita.
