ABOUT Ripe Papaya and Strawberry Salad RECIPE

Papaya is a great source of Vitamins A and C and potassium. Along with juicy strawberries, they add a great balance of sweetness to this salad that’s loaded with so many great flavors. This salad taste sweet , tangy and a little bit spicy!

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cubed Ripe Papaya 1 Cup
  2. Sliced Strawberry 1/2 cup
  3. Lemon Juice 1/3tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Dry Parsley Leaves 1/3tsp
  7. Chat Masala 1/3tsp


  1. Dice the papaya and strawberry into the medium sized chunk. Lightly toss all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Chill it in the freezer for 15 mins.
  3. Serve immediately.
