White Cream Chicken

Ingredients to make White Cream Chicken

  • 750gm chicken clean and washed
  • 2 1/2 Cup curd
  • 2 1/2 Cup Amul Fresh cream
  • 3 Large onion Paste
  • 1 1/2tbsp ginger Garlic Paste
  • 5 Green Chilies
  • 1tsp White pepper Powder
  • salt as required
  • 8 cashewnuts soak and grind into fine paste.
  • 1tbsp Kasturi methi
  • 5 Black pepper
  • 2 Green cardamom
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Bayleaf
  • 1tsp cumin seeds
  • 1tbsp Fresh Chopped coriander
  • 2tbsp Cooking oil

How to make White Cream Chicken

  1. Marinate chicken with curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, white pepper powder and green chilies. Refrigerate for an hour
  2. Heat oil in a wok, Add bay leaf, cloves, green cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon and cumin seed.
  3. Add onion paste n saute till the onion turn brown in colour.
  4. Add marinated chicken, green chilies cover the lid and cook till the chicken is cooked.
  5. Add coriander leaves, kasturi methi, cashew paste n Amul fresh cream. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
  6. Serve in bowl garnish with coriander leaves

My Tip:

No need to add water but if you want gravy then add 1/2 cup of water
