Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Wheat pasta 2 cups
  2. Carrots 2 cup fine chopped
  3. Cabbage 1 cup fine chopped
  4. Capsicum 1 cut in cubes
  5. Spring onion 1/4 cup chopped
  6. Tomato 2 chopped
  7. Olive oil 2 teaspoons
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Firstly we will boil pasta for salad.
  2. Heat enough water in a pan. Let it boil.
  3. Add pasta and mix.
  4. Let it boil till pasta done.
  5. Strain pasta through a strainer.
  6. Wash boiled pasta with cold water.
  7. Heat a non-stick pan and add oilve oil in it.
  8. Add all chopped veggies and saute for 2 minutes.
  9. Add pasta, salt and black pepper powder at a time.
  10. Mix properly and switch off gas.
  11. Serve hot pasta salad.
