Papaya Salad

Ingredients to make Papaya Salad

  • Chopped papaya 2 cups (no overripe)
  • Roasted peanuts 2 tablespoons
  • salt as per taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  • onion 1 chopped
  • ginger 1 teaspoon chopped
  • Green coriander 1 tablespoon chopped
  • Soya sauce 1/2 teaspoon
  • lemon juice 1 teaspoon

How to make Papaya Salad

  1. Keep chopped papaya in a mixing bowl
  2. Peel roasted peanuts and crush light with hands.
  3. Mix crushed peanuts and all ingredients in papaya.
  4. Mix properly and serve as breakfast.

Add salt while serving
