Authentic Spicy Schezwan Sauce

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Garlic paste 25 gms.
  2. Ginger paste 15 gms.
  3. Celery leaves 3 to 4 stem finely chopped
  4. Green Chillies paste 100 gms
  5. Kashmiri Chillies paste 25 gms.
  6. Red Chilli Sauce 150 gms.
  7. Tomato ketchup 70 to 80 gms.
  8. Oil 200 ml
  9. Sugar 2 tablespoon
  10. Salt according to taste

Instructions

  1. Take oil in a pan and heat it for 2 mins.
  2. Add Garlic and Ginger paste to the pan and stir it continuously for 3 mins.
  3. Add finely chopped Celery leaves to the pan and mix well.
  4. Add Green & Red Chilli paste and mix it well for a min.
  5. Add Sugar, Tomato Ketchup & Salt to the pan and mix well. Now keep mixing it till the sauce boils.
