Ingredients to make Crunchy NOODLE salad

  • Boiled noodles - 1 cup
  • Chopped red bell peppers - 1/4 cup
  • Chopped yellow bell peppers - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped scallions/spring onions - 3 tbsp
  • Toasted sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Toasted peanuts - 2 tbsp
  • Vinaigrette :
  • sesame seeds Oil - 3 tbsp
  • peanut butter - 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • honey - 1/2 tsp
  • Kosher salt
  • pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Grated ginger - 1/4 tsp
  • Grated garlic - 1/4 tsp

How to make Crunchy NOODLE salad

  1. Boil the noodles and strain them, keep aside.
  2. Similarly chop up the vegetables and keep aside.
  3. To make the vinaigrette, whisk the sesame seeds oil with Vinegar, honey, soy sauce and peanut butter till it is mixed completely.
  4. Now add the kosher salt, pepper powder, grated ginger, grated garlic to the above mix and whisk it.
  5. Now mix the noodles, veggies into the vinaigrette.
  6. Plate up the noodles salad and sprinkle the roasted peanuts and sesame seeds on top.
  7. Serve.
