ABOUT Schezwan fried rice RECIPE

Chinese rice with spicy flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup boiled rice
  2. 1 cup mixed vegetables- french beans, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, onion
  3. Green chillies for spiciness
  4. 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  5. Spring onion for garnish
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Schezwan sauce
  8. Black pepper
  9. 1 tbsp oil


  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and green chillies stir it well.
  2. Add all the vegetables stir it for 1 minute then add schezwan sauce, black pepper and salt
  3. Mix the rice in the pan and stir it on high flame for 2 minutes.
  4. Garnish the rice with spring onion. And serve with Chinese gravy.
