Chopped onion , tomato, carrot and cucumber

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 200 gms dahi
  2. 1 onion finally chopped
  3. 1 tomato finally chopped
  4. 1 small cucumber chopped
  5. 1 small carrot grated
  6. coriander leaves chopped 1 spoon
  7. Black salt
  8. Red chilli powder
  9. Jeera powder

Instructions

  1. Blend the dahi.
  2. Now add cucumber, onion, carrot, tomato and black salt in dahi.
  3. Now keep in a bowl, decorate with chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander leaves.
