ABOUT Salad Chicken RECIPE

Sometimes, we become bored of Salad, but this is very good and we can't say 'no' to this salad. If it is matter of health just like this 'what to do & what not to do' situation, I have cooked this 'cooked Salad'! Hope you all like it! Believe me this is awesome!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken: 500 gms.
  2. cucumber (medium, sliced): 1 piece
  3. carrot (medium, sliced): 1 piece
  4. onion (Slice in ring) (big): 2 pieces
  5. Green bell pepper (Slice in ring): 1 piece (big)
  6. Green Chili (slice): 2-3 pieces
  7. ginger (finely chopped): 1 tablespoon
  8. garlic (finely chopped): 2 tablespoon
  9. turmeric Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
  11. White vinegar: 1 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Soybean sauce: 1 tablespoon
  13. olive oil: 1 teaspoons (1/2 + 1/2)
  14. Sugar: 1/4 teaspoon
  15. Salt: to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken and marinate with salt, turmeric powder and vinegar for at least 30 min.
  2. Heat 1/2 teaspoon olive oil in a deep pan.
  3. Add the marinated chicken in oil and saute it. Keep the sauteed chicken aside.
  4. Add another 1/2 teaspoon oil in the same pan and heat.
  5. Add cucumber, carrot, onions and bell pepper in it and saute them. Keep them aside
  6. Add ginger, garlic in it and cook again for maximum 30 sec.
  7. Add the sauteed chicken and vegetables in it and mix well.
  8. Now, add black pepper, soybean sauce, sugar, salt and 1/4 cup water in it and mix well.
  9. Cover with a lid and let it cook in low flame.
  10. Put the flame off when the chicken is well cooked.
  11. Serve hot.
