Ingredients to make Peocock Salad

  • One pear
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup black grapes
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 2 black pepper
  • Small piece of carrot
  • Few toothpicks

How to make Peocock Salad

  1. First if all wash all the fruits in running water
  2. Then cut pear grapes and strawberries vertically in halves.
  3. Make a small triangular beak with carrot
  4. Cut thin long sticks for legs
  5. Now the assembling time select a serving dish
  6. In the middle put pear then in semi circle from arrange grapes
  7. Make another line with black grapes
  8. Followed by strawberries and grapes again
  9. Insert black pepper to make eyes
  10. With help of toothpick set beak and legs

My Tip:

To enhance the taste can sprinkle black salt and lemon juice. Select pear carefully as it had big tummy and small face.
