Ingredients to make Mexican Tango

  • 1 medium orange carrot
  • 1 medium beetroot grated
  • Half a cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1 juicy pear
  • 2-4 tblspn black currant yogurt
  • A dash of orange juice
  • A packet of olive and herbs nachos
  • salt to taste optional

How to make Mexican Tango

  1. Grate carrot keep aside
  2. Grate beetroot keep aside
  3. Mix both lightly, adding pomegranate to this
  4. Take olive and herbs nachos, crush random some onto this
  5. Now place black grapes around
  6. Add the black currant yogurt, now decorating it
  7. In the center, around the yogurt add fresh chopped capsicum
  8. Place a black grape again on the yogurt
  9. Cut quarters of the pear and place around too
  10. Place nachos triangles around
  11. Just add the orange juice on to it before having it
  12. Enjoy
