Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cucumber 1
  2. Purple cabbage 1 cup
  3. Carrot 1 cup
  4. Thick curd 1 1/2 cup
  5. Chat masala 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt 2 teaspoon
  7. Herb mix 1 tablespoon
  8. Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Sandwich bread 6

Instructions

  1. First chopped all the veggies.
  2. Mix salt, herb mix and black pepper into the thick curd and make a spread.
  3. Cut the sides of bread.
  4. Now add Veggie curd mix on each slice and spread evenly
  5. Now cover with another slice and press.
  6. Now cut into equal triangular shape
  7. Serve with tomato chutney
