A summer cooler nice mocktail with a cool flavoury dash of Gandoraj lime.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Raw mango
  2. 1/2 sweet lime
  3. 1/2 lime
  4. 1 Gondhoraj lime
  5. 1 tsp pepper powder
  6. 2 tsp rock salt
  7. 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  8. 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  9. 2 hand full mint leaves
  10. Ice cubes
  11. Cold water/soda water

Instructions

  1. Split the mango all around and apply rock salt to the slotted portion.keep aside few min.
  2. Now put this mango in a roti rack and burn it thoroughly over the gas very well, so that all side should be blackened.
  3. Put off the gas, keep the mango the cool it down.
  4. Peel off the skin of the mango and take out the pulp of the mango and put in blender, the mix the lime and sweet lime juice
  5. Mix 1 hand full mint leaves, sugar, rock salt, pepper, roasted cumin powder, blend smoothly
  6. Now keep ice cubes, cut Gondhoraj lime slices, mint leaves in a jar. mix it.
  7. Add pulp
  8. Then add the ice cooled water/soda water, stir with a spoon well.
  9. Serve with mint leaves and a drop of pulp over the top as garnishing.
