Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Curd 1 cup
  2. Salt & black salt as per taste
  3. Black pepper powder as per taste
  4. Roasted cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Dry pudina powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Crushed green chilly & pudina 1tsp
  7. Chilled water 2 glass or as needed

Instructions

  1. Blend curd in a jug with a hand blender. Add salt black salt &black pepper. Whisk again.
  2. Add a little water, chilly pudina paste & whisk again.
  3. Add rest of the water. Whisk well.
  4. Pour into glasses sprinkle roasted jeera powder & pudina powder.Serve.
