ABOUT Rose Falooda RECIPE

Falooda is a famous beverage of Indian origin. The main ingredients are milk, rose syrup, vermicelli and sweet basil.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Full fat milk-500 ml
  2. Sugar- 5 table spoon
  3. Socked Sabja seeds-8 table spoon
  4. Rose syrup- 1 cup
  5. Vermicelli boiled and cooled-1 cup
  6. Vanilla ice cream 1& 1/2 cup for garnishing
  7. Chopped almonds, tutti frutti, cherry, rose syrup for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take full-fat milk in a pan and boil it with sugar and reduce it to 400 ml.
  2. Cool the milk completely and chill it. Mix rose syrup in it.
  3. Boil vermicelli in water and cool it.
  4. Now take a chilled glass. Pour some rose syrup in it.
  5. Then pour 2 table spoon sabja seed in the glass.
  6. Place the boiled vermicelli over the Sabja seeds. Now add some chilled milk.
  7. Again add sabja, vermicelli, milk respectively.
  8. Top with vanilla ice cream and then dry fruits.
  9. Serve immediately.
