Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chana dal 1/2 cup
  2. Moong dal 1/2 cup
  3. Rajma 1/4 cup
  4. Orange dal 1/2 cup
  5. Green chilly 2-3
  6. Tomatoes 2-3
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Turmeric

Instructions

  1. First, soak all dal for 2 hrs
  2. Take a cooker and pressure dal for 10 mins ....add salt, turmeric, green chilies,& tomatoes....
  3. After 10 mins take a pan add some ghee...add garlic cloves, cumin seeds, red chilly mix in a cooker....
  4. Decorate with coriander leaves
