Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Thalipeeth flour
  2. 1/2 cup chana dal
  3. 1/2 cup urad dal
  4. 1/2 cup Black chana
  5. 1/2 cup Bajra
  6. 1/ 2cup jawar
  7. 1/2 cup wheat
  8. One onion
  9. Two green chili
  10. Coriander
  11. 1tbsp ginger, garlic, green chili paste
  12. 1/2 cup fresh green garlic chopped
  13. Water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients mentioned above for Thalipeeth flour.
  2. Dry roast for two minutes
  3. Then grind it, you can use ready made
  4. Take ready ThaliPeeth flour in mixing bowl
  5. Add all remaining ingredients mentioned above
  6. Knead dough with the help of water
  7. Make soft dough
  8. Heat the pan
  9. Divide knead dough in equal portion
  10. Then take small piece of cotton cloth
  11. And make roti from dough balls with the help of finger tips
  12. And make little hole in the center of ready roti
  13. Put ready roti on hot pan and cook till both the sides become crispy
  14. Spread little oil on both the side
  15. Serve hot.
