Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Ingredients for Bhatura:
  2. 1 cup Maida
  3. 1 cup suji
  4. 1\2 cup Wheat flour
  5. 1 tsp baking powder
  6. Salt
  7. 1\2 tsp sugar
  8. 1\2 cup curd
  9. 1cup warm water
  10. Oil for fry
  11. Ingredients for Chana:
  12. 1 cups soaked Kabuli chana (8 hours)
  13. 1 tomato
  14. 2 Onions
  15. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  16. 1 tbsp chana masala
  17. 1 tbsp red chilli Powder
  18. 1\2 tsp Haldi
  19. Salt
  20. 1\2 tsp garam masala
  21. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Recipe of Bhatura:
  2. Sieve all dry ingredients in bowl
  3. Add all ingredients mentioned above
  4. Knead dough
  5. Keep the dough in warm place for 4 hours
  6. Now divide into 12 equal balls
  7. Roll them and fry accordingly.
  8. Recipe for Channa:
  9. Boil the soaked chana with salt for 5-6 whistle
  10. Grind onion, tomato, garlic into fine paste
  11. Heat oil in pan
  12. Fry the onion mixture for about 5 minutes Keep adding all dry ingredients.
  13. Fry till oil separates.
  14. Now once oil separates add boiled chana into fry mixture cook for five minutes
  15. Add water and cover it.
  16. Let it cook for 5 minutes
  17. Add coriander leaves
  18. Serve chana with Bhatura.
