Yummy and healthy vegetable dalia.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Kansar / lapsi - 1 cup
  2. 1 - Onion
  3. 1 to 2 - green chilies (can add more)
  4. Half capsicum chopped
  5. 1 grated carrot
  6. Few curry leaves
  7. Few peanuts
  8. 1 tsp rai
  9. oil for cooking
  10. 2 tbs Dhania, chopped

Instructions

  1. Slice onion, chop capsicum, coriander leaves, grate carrot and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add rai, curry leaves, chilies, and onions. Once the onions turn golden in color add peanuts, capsicum, carrot and fry for a few minutes.
  3. Add salt and dry masala (chilie pwder, haldi powder, dhania and zeera powder)
  4. Mix well and add two cups of water. When the water starts to boil add the Dalia and cook it on medium flame. Once done, add chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.

Yummy healthy breakfast... Instead of corriander leaves I garnished it with freshly grated coconut
