Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sea bass / basa chunks - 10
  2. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  3. Worcester sauce - 2 tsp
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Bread - 2 slices (without edges)
  6. Onion paste - 2 tsp
  7. Capsicum, sliced - 1
  8. Tomato sliced - 1
  9. Lime juice - 2 tbsp
  10. Black pepper - 1 tbsp
  11. Cheese cubes - 4
  12. Butter - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the fish with salt. When tender, take out in a bowl.
  2. Dip the bread slices in water and mix well with the fish. Add lime, pepper, Worcester sauce, onion paste, ginger garlic paste, capsicum and tomato slices. Keep aside for 10 min.
  3. In a microwave safe bowl, add butter and grease well. Pour the above mixture and micro high for 10-15 minutes. Take out , add grated cheese and enjoy.
