Delicious and easy to make apple fritters.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Large Apple - 1
  2. All Purpose Flour - 1 Cup
  3. Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
  4. Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
  5. Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Sugar - 3/4 Cup
  7. Cinnamon Powder - 1 tablespoon
  8. Egg - 1
  9. Milk - 200 ml
  10. Oil - 500 ml
  11. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Chop the apple into tiny pieces.
  2. Take a wide bowl, add the flour, diced apple, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder, sugar into it. Mix well.
  3. Now add an egg, vanilla extract and milk and mix it well with the help of the whisk. Fritter batter is ready.
  4. Heat oil in a pan with for deep frying. Once the oil is hot enough, with the help of the spoon pour the batter into the oil and fry on both the sides.
  5. Remove the fried fritters from the oil to kitchen paper towel.
  6. Garnish the fritters with some powdered sugar and serve it
