A healthy sandwich made with using Brown bread, veg mayo, coleslaw salad and desi green chutney.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Green Chutney : 1 bunch - Green Coriander (washed)
  2. 2-3 - Green chilies
  3. 2 tsp - Lemon juice
  4. Salt to taste
  5. For Coleslaw Salad : 8 Bread slices
  6. 1 - Carrot
  7. 1 - Medium-sized Onion
  8. 100gm - Cabbage
  9. 1/2 Cup - Mayonnaise
  10. 1/4 tsp - Black pepper
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1 tsp - Sugar
  13. 1 tsp - Lemon juice


  1. For Green Chutney: Grind all chutney ingredients with little water. Keep aside.
  2. For Coleslaw Salad: Finely chop cabbage, carrot, onion and green chilies together in a chopper. Remove in a mixing bowl and add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar and mix well.
  3. Apply this mixture on a brown bread slice. Apply chutney on another slice and place it on the slice with mixture. Cut and serve with Tomato Ketchup
