Easy to make pulav with the goodness of kabuli chana.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled Kabuli Chana - 100g
  2. Rice - 200 gm
  3. Curd - 2 tablespoon
  4. Garam Masala - 1/2 tablespoon
  5. Salt as required
  6. Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  7. Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon
  8. Ghee - 2 tablespoon
  9. Onion - 1 sliced
  10. Garlic - 4 Cloves

Instructions

  1. In a kadai add ghee then add cumin seeds and as it splutters add thinly sliced onion and garlic.
  2. Fry till golden brown. For paste mix curd, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt and add it to the onions. Add little water and boil till raw smell goes out.
  3. Then add soaked rice and boiled chana and mix it well.
