Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Cup - Peanuts, crushed
  2. 2 Cups - Jaggery
  3. 1 tablespoon - Cardamom powder
  4. 2 tablespoon - Clarified butter (ghee)

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok and melt jaggery on low heat.
  2. Now add crushed peanuts and clarified butter to the jaggery and mix.
  3. Now take out the mixture onto the counter and with the help of rolling pin roll it well and leave it till it becomes hard.
  4. Cut into shapes of your liking and serve . You can store it in air tight container.
