Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 200 - Boiled and chilled
  2. Chocolate syrup - 3 tbsp
  3. Cocoa powder - 1 tsp
  4. Sugar - 2 tsp
  5. Sabza or basil seeds - 2 tbsp
  6. Faluda sev - 4 tbsp
  7. Ice cream - 2 tbsp
  8. Chopped plums - 1/4 Cup
  9. Cashew nuts - 8

Instructions

  1. Mix liquid chocolate, sugar and cocoa powder with milk.
  2. Add faluda sev in water and cook in microwave for 2 minutes. Strain and keep aside.
  3. Soak basil seeds in 1 cup water for 15 minutes.
  4. Now take tall glasses. Apply chocolate syrup at the rim and at the bottom.
  5. Now add falooda sev, strained basil seeds and chopped plums. Add chocolate milk and liquid chocolate.
  6. Now arrange cashew nuts and ice cream. Add some Gems candies.
  7. Drizzle some more chocolate syrup and serve chilled.
