Cheese Bombs

Ingredients to make Cheese Bombs

  • Cheese Cubes - 2
  • Maida / all purpose flour - 4 tbsp
  • cornflour - 4 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs - 1/2 Cup
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano - 1/4 tsp
  • Pizza sauce - 1 tbsp
  • oil for frying
  • water as needed

How to make Cheese Bombs

  1. Cut cheese cubes in sticks.
  2. Take maida, cornflour, salt, red chilli powder, pizza sauce, oregano in a bowl mix well. Add little water and make a semi thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan. Dip cheese sticks in cornflour batter then coat it with bread crumbs then again repeat this procedure.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil on high flame just for few minutes. Cheese bombs are ready to serve.
  5. Serve hot with sauce.
