Deliciously creamy, with awesomeness of Alphonso mango (fresh pulp) and the mango bits , in mouth adds to the yumminess.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 3/4 cup Milk
  2. 3/4 cup milk powder
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 2 ripe Alphanso mango pulp
  5. Few drops mango essence (optional)
  6. 1 cup chopped mango pieces


  1. In a blender, blend milk, milk powder and sugar together.
  2. Now add cream to this blended mixture and using the blitz button of the blender, blend for 5 secs.
  3. Now transfer this white base in lock & lock container and allow it to set in the freezer for 5-6 hours
  4. Now remove this hard set base and break it into pieces.
  5. Remove the plup of Alphonso mango and churn it in a blender, now to this blended pulp add the hard set ice cream base pieces and blend well. If required, you can add mango essence also for the enhanced taste.
  6. Now again pour this in the same lock and lock container and allow it to set in a freezer.
  7. When half set say after 2 and 1/2 hour, remove and with the help fork keep making some space and randomly add fresh mango pieces.
  8. Allow the mixture to be set by further keeping it in the freezer.
  9. Enjoy natural creamy mango ice cream without any preservatives and artificial flavors.
