These famous biscuits, originally made by karachi bakery is now easily available every where but making them at home from scratch is even more satisfying.

Ingredients Serving: 6
maida 1+1/2 cup
Custard powder 1/2 cup
Baking Powder 1 Tsp
Powdered sugar 1 cup
butter 1/2 cup
Tutty fruitty 1/2 cup
kaju chopped 1/2 cup
pineapple essence 1 tsp
Yellow colour few drops
kewra essence few drops
Instructions
Beat butter ,sugar till creamy.
Keep aside.
Mix all dry ingredients .
Add tutti fruity and chopped kaju and mix .
Add all dry ingredients into butter & sugar mixture.
Knead to make a smooth dough.
Add milk if needed.
Do not over knead.
Make rolls and wrap in cling wrap.
Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Cut it with sharp knife .
Bake it in preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 12 -15 minutes.
Or till required .
