ABOUT paneer in hot garlic sauce RECIPE

This is a delicious recipe of paneer which can be served with some hot garlic sauce, this entire dish can be a starter for any dinner party occasion.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Sauce :
  2. 1 glass cold Milk
  3. 1tspoon cornflour
  4. 1tspoon maida
  5. 3 tbspoon chopped garlic (roasted)
  6. 2chopped greenchilli
  7. 2tb spoon oil
  8. 1 lemon juice salt & black peeper
  9. For paneer :
  10. 250gm paneer
  11. 1tb spoon curd
  12. 1 tb spoon ginger garlic paste
  13. 1tb spoon tandoori massla
  14. 1t spoon garam masala
  15. 1/2 lemon juice
  16. 1/2t spoonblack pepper
  17. 3 to 4 tb spoon cornflour
  18. coriander leaves & pudina leaves [handful]
  19. salt
  20. bread crumbs 2tbsp
  21. bread crumbs orange colour


  1. The method to prepare the sauce : In a bowl, mix the maida, cornflour ,and some water. Heat this mixture and once the mixture is thick enough, let it simmer meanwhile, make a paste of the green chilly, garlic and ginger , add this paste to the conflour + maida mix, boil and then let the sauce get cooled.
  2. Add rest of the ingredients into the sauce, mix it well. keep aside.
  3. Procedure to make the paneer :
  4. Cut the Paneer into desirable pieces, marinate it with the ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, black pepper powder, tandoori masala, and all the powdered masalas and salt. Marinate it for couple of minutes.
  5. Now make a smooth batter with little cornflour and then coat with bread crumbs. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and then shallow fry the paneer pieces.
  6. Serve the fried paneer pieces with the dipping sauce.
