Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. : Boneless Chicken- 1/2 kg cut into small pieces
  2. First Marination Salt to taste
  3. White Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
  4. Lemon juice-1tablespoon
  5. 2nd Marination: Ginger Garlic paste –2 tblspn
  6. Fresh Cream – 1/4cup
  7. Cheese – 1/2 cup grated
  8. Curd / Yogurt – 1/4cup(take curd in a colander or channi ,place the coriander on a bowl,and keep in the fridge,all water of cure will come out)
  9. Cornflour / Cornstarch – 4 tblpsn
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Garnishing --Chopped cofiander-1/2 cup.
  12. Lemon juice-1teaspoon
  13. Chaar masala-1/2teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Method: In a bowl mix together chicken with salt ,white pepper and lemon and set this aside for 10 min. . .
  2. Second marination :Take cheese in a bowl and mash it properly with hands.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients of second marination into mashed cheese.mix properly
  4. Add chicken into the second marination.
  5. Mix well and leave this to marinate min 6 max.12 hours.
  6. Remove the chicken a hour before making from fridge so it comes to room temp
  7. Soak the skewers into water for 20 minutes,it will not get burned at the time of baking .
  8. place a aluminum foil on grill rack
  9. Place all chicken into the skewers and keep the on the foil lined baking tray.
  10. Preheat the oven to grill mode 250 degree c. Grill this for 10 mins. Now remove it and flip over, grill again for 8 mins.Do this process on the central rack.
  11. Brush with oil or butter in-between.
  12. Now place the grill on top rack then grill each side for 5 minutes
  13. Now brush it with some butter and serve hot with a sprinkling of chat masala,lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves
