Ingredients to make Sweet Corn:corn::corn:vadas shallow fried

  • 250 gms.boiled American corns
  • 2 - 3 tbs cornflour
  • 3 - 4 green chillies
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1/2 tbs cumin seeds
  • salt to taste
  • Few chopped mint leaves
  • Chopped coriander leaves

How to make Sweet Corn:corn::corn:vadas shallow fried

  1. Boil 250 gms. Sweet corns.
  2. Strain the water & put them in chopper to make a coarse paste.
  3. Add green chillies and ginger
  4. Make a coarse paste.
  5. Take it into a bowl.
  6. Add corn flour .
  7. Add cumin seeds , salt , chopped mint & coriander leaves.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Put oil on non stick pan.
  10. Apply oil to your palms & make flat round shaped vadas .
  11. Shallow fry them on each side for 5 - 7 min.
  12. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chatni .

My Tip:

Do not add water to the paste.
