Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 litre Milk(with fat)
  2. 1/4 cup sugar
  3. 1 ts Vanila essence
  4. 1/4 cup mixed dry fruits
  5. 2 ts custard powder
  6. 1 ts Cardmom powder
  7. 1 cup Mixed.fruits( banana,orange,apple,pomegrante)

Instructions

  1. Heat a thick bottomed vessel and add milk into it. Continuously stir the milk & add cardamom powder.
  2. When milk is boiled well, add custard powder mixed in little cold milk.Mix it well.
  3. Add sugar and vanilla essence and dry fruits & allow the mixture to be little thick & turn off the flame.
  4. Allow the custard mixture to be cold by chilling in fridge for sometime.
  5. Now take one small bowl, add the mixed cut fruits and mix it with custard and chill in fridge for sometime.
