Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Soya nuggets granules. 1 cup
  2. Onion 2
  3. Tomatoes 4 big one
  4. Capsicum 2
  5. Sugar1/2 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red chilly powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Green chilly 2
  9. Green corridors a few
  10. Haldi 1/4tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak soya granules in hot water with some salt
  2. Keep for 10 minutes and strain
  3. Cut onions and capsicums in length wise
  4. Take a pan out oil in it
  5. When its done put onions in it u
  6. Saute for a minute. It must be crunchy
  7. Then Saute capsicums
  8. Now add soya granules in it
  9. Mix salt pepper and haldi in it
  10. Saute it until granules dry
  11. Now add chopped tomatoes
  12. Saute for some time. Its done
  13. Garnish with coriander leaves
