ABOUT Veg malai sandwich RECIPE

An easy and delicious veg sandwich for breakfasts..

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Boiled and mashed potatoes - 3
  2. 5-8 bread slices
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 1/2 cup finely chopped vegetables (capsicum carrots cucumber and tomatoes)
  5. 2 green chilli
  6. 1/2 cup thick malai
  7. 1/2tsp black pepper powder
  8. Semolina (Suji) to sprinkle
  9. Oil for toast

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take boiled and mashed potatoes, add vegetables .
  2. Add Salt,green chilli,black pepper powder .
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. Now add malai on it and mix well
  5. Apply this mixture on bread .
  6. And sprinkle Suji or semolina
  7. Apply little bit of oil on tawa and toast it from both side.
