ABOUT Bread chamcham RECIPE

Authentic recipe but with a twist .used bread instead khoya..but no change in flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 12 white or brown bread slices.
  2. 1/2 cup condensed milk/ strawberry icecream
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  5. few drops of Kewra essence

Instructions

  1. Cut the brown crust of bread and cut it in roundels with cookie cutter..
  2. In a pan make a sugar syrup by adding 1 cup of sugar with 1/2 cup of water.
  3. Cool the syrup and add kewra essence into it..
  4. Take one roundals of bread and spread icecream or condensed milk over it and cover it with another bread roundal..
  5. Dip the bread roundal in syrup and arrange it on the plate and generously sprinkle chopped nuts over it..
  6. Ur bread chamcham is ready in no minutes.
