Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Water 1 cup
  2. Kashmiri kahwa tea 3/4 teaspoon
  3. cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
  4. Cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Dry ginger powder 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Saffron strands 10-12
  7. Few dried rose patels
  8. Few fresh mint leaves
  9. Sugar to taste
  10. A handful of chopped almonds


  1. Boil water in a saucepan along with powdered spices
  2. Pour this boiled water over the tea leaves, add rose petals and mint leaves, let it stand for 10-12 minutes to steep the flavours
  3. Add saffron water and chopped almonds
  4. Pour the tea into the popsicle moulds and transfer the moulds to freezer for about an hour
  5. Take out the moulds and insert sticks in the centre, cover and put the moulds back to the freezer for at least 4-5 hours
  6. For demolding run hot water over the moulds and carefully take out the popsicles
  7. Serve chilled
